Occasionally, a condition will be imposed on a practitioner’s registration requiring a chaperone to be present in particular circumstances. In these circumstances we have a protocol for seeking our approval of chaperones and for demonstrating compliance with the condition.

The Conditions Handbook is a resource to assist our members in the drafting of conditions (and orders). The Handbook is a work in progress, with an explanatory paper and nine of the ten planned sections currently available.
Our Delegations Manual clearly sets out the delegation of functions and powers by the Council and its Executive Officer.
